1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Product is defective or damaged
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the package

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Opened or used products (unless defective)
Accessories like earbuds, headphones or smartwatches (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
Products damaged due to misuse

3. Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals and invoice must be included

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after product inspection
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items
Replacement depends on stock availability
If unavailable, a refund will be issued

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be required to send the product back unless it is confirmed defective or incorrect.
In valid cases, we may cover return shipping.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
